Variation

Prices are strongly influenced by:

• Depth;

• Geography;

• Soil type;

• Number of road and water crossings;

• Insulation;

• Working pressure;

• Agriculture and land situation;

• Material prices.

Including:

• Indirect costs (construction management), general overhead cost;

• Design (pressure 60 bar, temperature 50 °C, no thermal insulation);

• Compensation of land owners and land users;

• Materials and erection;

• Testing and commissioning;

• Temporary building facilities;

• Small road- and water crossings (2 drills of 400 meter each);

• Ground cover 1.25 meter.

Excluding:

• Big river-, channel- and road crossings;

• PIG launcher, receiving station and block valves;

• Licences and tax;

• Owners internal costs.
